I'm living in Germany, near Frankfurt (am Main). Since 2013 I'm a member of the OpenVMS-Hobbyist-programm and using mostly Simh to run VAX-VMS. Unfortunately I've never had the pleasure to use OpenVMS on a "real" VAX or Alpha (or even Itanium), so great thanks to Simh (and some old binaries of alphavm_free I still have). As a host I use Xubuntu and Debian, often in Virtualbox and/or in a container.
Besides from installing and basic configuring OpenVMS I'm still a novice to it, so I'm happy to be able to learn more about this, in my opinion, uncomparable OS.
