It appears that BLISS' PAK is not available on the freeware v8 CDROM - but is indeed available in the previous versions of the CDROM.

I have to agree with jordanec as the generally accepted method of determining bitness is size of general registers not address limitations.

BLISS is available on the Freeware distributions, including License PAK.
