Hello everyone! My name is Jared and I live in Texas here in the USA. I just recently started working for Texas Instruments, which uses some Vax and Alpha VMS machines, so I figured I would learn some VMS on my own so that I can help maintain the VMS infrastructure at work, which is how I ended up at openvmshobbyist.com! I'm hoping to get a good learning environment set up at home using SimH. I've already signed up as a member of DECUServe and submitted my information to HP to hopefully get access to the hobbyist licenses and whatnot. Looking forward to learning a lot here and getting to know some seasoned VMS experts!
