I'm trying to register a base license and PAKs, but have yet been unable to and receive the following message:
"Your Membership Number is not in our database or is incorrect. Please check with your Chapter to insure it is correct and they have updated us. Sorry for any inconvenience."
I registered more than a week ago with DECUServe and received my US4* ID. Reading past posts, I have tried this both with and w/o the US prefix as well as trying my first and last names reversed. Is there something wrong with the license registration or am I doing something wrong? I have contacted DUCUServe as well regarding the transfer of my info to openvmshobbyist.com, but have not received a reply. I am eager to get this installed. Any thoughts or suggestions?
