I ordered my OVMS CD at montagar. Unfortunately it came broken. Is there a ftp available where I can pick it up and burn it into a CD of my own?
Thanks.

As far as I know there is not a downloadable version. Contact HobbyistOne via PM on this site and report the problem.

CD is broken, from center to the edge.
I was wondering about this. To break a cd is not that easy. And when occur, generally we have it in two pieces. Anyway, it is useless.

He's in Brazil, so not only does the disk have to survive the USPS, but the Brazilian one, too!

Hard to break? They must have taken that as a challenge.

I dont know... I got another CD from US (07/11/2008), no damage. Here, the Post Office got on strike, and about 2 millions mails had been stopped. I think this was the reason I got a broken CD...

No more VAX hobbyist licenses. Community licenses for Alpha/IA64/X86_64 VMS Software Inc. Commercial VMS software licenses for VAX available from HPE.

Just re-visiting.. No more hobbyist licenses? Is that from vmssoftware.com, no 'community' licenses?

I recall that the disks failed on the public access VMS systems that included Fafner

Anyone know what happened to FAFNER.DYNDS.ORG? I had a hobbyist account here but can longer access the site.

At one time, didn't this web site have a job board? I would love to use my legacy skills one last time in my career.

Eisner, which is currently being moved, got an SSH update and the keys were updated to more modern encryption standards.
