ES40 Base License questions |

Howdy!
I was wondering how to get a license for a new (to me) 2 CPU ES40 that I recently got my hands on.
1. I didn't see the ES40 on the server drop down so I put in Unlisted Server.
2. I don't have a CPU serial number that I can see so I put in "NONE".
I received an email from the hobbyist site with the subject "Your Hobbyist Licenses" but it was empty.
What am I doing wrong? I did get my layered products licenses.

Thanks. I regenerated as an unlisted server with the serial number I found on the back of the box and it worked. I appreciate your help.

Your E-mail shouldn't have been empty, it wasn't a registration problem. On rare occasions, the license generation code dumps out an empty file, and you get an empty E-mail. It's an error on this end, and usually requesting the licenses again will reward you with the PAK's you're after. |
