Hello,
I have follow all step described at http://www.openvmshobbyist.com/get_yer_licenses/index.html
More than one week ago I got my DECUS Number.
Whenever try to register myself (http://www.openvmshobbyist.com/register.php) the system reply saying "Your Membership Number is not in our database or is incorrect. " what I can do ?
It seem that after one week my DECUS number is not processed yet.... :?
Any clue about who can help me?

I was just going to ask how long it normally takes for the DECUS membership numbers to sync up with the hobbyist program database  |

Took 12 days to get membership (DECUS-DEU), immediately to get license. I assume some groups issue membership before is synced up globally. |

Well...
from Decus Germany in a couple of days I got decus number...
it happend 20 days ago and still I cannot register to have licences :roll:

Look guys, I'm a member of Decus Germany ever since it was founded, but I cannot generate any license PAK as I used to; the generator tells everything's well, but the PAKs never pop up in my mailbox.
Did anyone of you get any response, if there is somewhat of a problem with DECUS D?

In such case I can advise you yours email folder (junk/spam etc etc).
Today I have apply again and finally I received the email with license pak but... was on "junk email" folder....

Database syncs with different Chapters |

Different chapters sync at different times. Encompass US generally (not always) send me an update every week. Usually this is late in the week - Thu or Fri. HP-Interex Germany is the other semi-frequent updater, but it can take a couple of weeks sometimes between times they send updates. UK and Canada also update every few weeks, depending upon the number of new members they get.
I'm looking into having the Chapter's being able to add people themselves. This will make it easier for those that want faster service, the Chapter will be able to do it immediately without having to wait for a DB sync. |
